After an exciting first few months in the iconic Pierre Hotel, Le Caprice is introducing new additions, not only to the menu but also to the New York-based team. Notably, the restaurant has introduced a carefully designed bar menu and its first cocktail menu, featuring British classics and signature cocktail staples such as the Old Fashioned. The Caprice team is also thrilled to announce the appointment of Brad Lauren as Senior Manager.

The revamped cocktail menu is designed to complement a dedicated bar menu, which includes the popular Steak Tartare and Shrimp burger. A newcomer to the menu is the Caprice Burger, an American staple with a British twist -complete with tomato relish and fries. Le Caprice continues to offer an extensive selection of international spirits and a full bar.
The A-la Carte menu has also been recently updated to include a Lobster, Burrata and Heirloom Tomato salad, Grilled Octopus and Rack of lamb, while the Treacle tart has met rave reviews as a part of the dessert menu.
Brad Lauren, nephew of fashion’s iconic American designer, Ralph Lauren, joins the experienced Le Caprice staff as Senior Manager. Having been exposed to the most prestigious restaurants from a young age, Brad quickly developed an appreciation for the hospitality industry. After completing the Institute of Culinary Education and holding positions at Union Square CafĂ© and Shake Shack, the popular Madison Sq. Park pit stop, he makes his to return to fine dining at Le Caprice.
Models, designers and editors have taken over New York once again for FW10 Fashion Week AW 2010! News-worthy supermodel Naomi Campbell visited Le Caprice for a quick dinner during her rounds on February 11,2010.
The world-famous model was also a part of the exclusive Sneak Preview dinner hosted before Le Caprice officially opened last fall. Campbell was in town for her benefit “Fashion for Relief – Haiti NYC” which was held at the tents on the 12th.
